Shipping policy

A Palace Luxury Jewelry currently operates as a local pickup business.

Shipping is not available at this time. All orders must be picked up at the designated pickup location communicated after purchase.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup.

Orders not picked up within 30 days may be canceled and subject to a restocking fee.
