Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of pickup or delivery date. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Resized or modified pieces
• Special-order items
• Sale or clearance merchandise
• Gift cards

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for merchandise of equal value. Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

A Palace Luxury Jewelry reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and refuse any return that shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
